As a Product Designer at Kooha, you'll play a key role in shaping the user experience of our platform. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design user flows and high-fidelity prototypes

Main Responsibilities

  1. User Experience (UX) Design: Creating user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to ensure that the user experience of the product is intuitive, usable, and efficient.
  2. Visual Design: Creating designs that are visually appealing, consistent with the brand, and communicate the product’s value proposition.
  3. Collaboration: Working closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure that designs are feasible, technically sound, and align with the product vision and goals.
  4. Design System Maintenance: Contributing to the development and maintenance of design systems, style guides, and design documentation to ensure consistency and efficiency across different products.
  5. Quality Assurance: Conducting design reviews, testing prototypes, and ensuring that products meet high standards of quality and usability.
  6. Continuous Learning: Keeping up-to-date with design trends, technologies, and tools, and continuously improving your skills to enhance your contribution to the team.

Requirements

  1. Proficiency in design software such as Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite, including a strong understanding of design principles, typography, layout, color theory, and branding.
  2. You should be able to create designs that are visually appealing, communicate our product’s value proposition, and enhance our user experience.
  3. You should be able to work collaboratively with other team members such as product managers, developers, and stakeholders, and also be able to present your designs and ideas effectively and be open to feedback.
  4. Have a strong sense of ownership and be able to take initiative to drive projects forward.
  5. Able to present a portfolio or past works that you’re proud of.
